5. You’re Getting Sick More Often
You just got over a cold… and now you’re catching another one. Constantly getting sick? Poor sleep is one of the main reasons your immune system is failing you. When you don’t sleep enough, your body can’t produce enough immune cells to fight off germs, leaving you vulnerable to every bug that comes your way.
What to do: If you’re tired of being sick all the time, prioritize sleep. Aim for a solid 7-9 hours every night, and make sure you’re following good hygiene practices (wash your hands!). If illness becomes a recurring issue, it might be worth checking in with your doctor to rule out any underlying conditions.
